A question for halo players

Why has 343 studios been ignoring the hardcore group of Halo? It seems like they would rather cater to casual players and forget about the core group of players that have been playing since Halo first kicked off 2001. I would assume Bungie started this trend of ignoring the core group for the casual. Now I’m no Über Halo player, but darn it I like to have a challenge when I play the game.

I miss playing Halo CE at LAN party’s. :frowning:

Because obviously the competitive players are the minority and their opinions should be ignored. I mean, the people who play “for fun” are the ones that know how to play this game, right?
