I happen to ask about that in a weekly update (my question got picked woo! /of showing off e-peen) and the best i got was that there’s going to be something for everyone and the playlists are going to much more focused this time around.

better listen again there was a hint, and one of the 4 people in the spark cast was assigned to competitive multiplayer.

No it said that EXP was used for another system that they would not discuss today. Playlists had not even been discussed as yet, per frankie, last week.
