A question about the weapon skins

So I didn’t pre-order the game, and I’m wondering if I can get any skins for any weapons, and if so, when would I unlock them?

one skin for limited, one for the console, one for gamestop pre order. then 8 recieved through re enlist specializations

While on the topic of weapon skins, did anyone else come across a white/red Beam Rifle?

I came across it today while playing Infinity Slayer on Solace, got it via OD.
