Does anyone know if the codes this include will be just one code where you download the extra content (Like avatar items) off Waypoint or if some codes are separate.
Would either be on your receipt or as download cards in the gamebox.

Yeah, I was asking if the codes will be separate like one code for the avatar items, One code for the multiplayer items and another for the forward unto dawn series.
Its seperate codes just on the same cards and receipt.

Or the avatar items will be seperate, but all in game content + FUD will be on a second separate code.

I think they are separate and inside the case of LE. I couldn’t tell for sure in the unboxing video I saw, but they tend to be on a piece of paper that has several codes on it. One for each item. I’m assuming the preorder bonus is on your receipt.
All edition specific codes are in-box, all retailer specific codes are on-receipt.
Codes that come with the game will be in the box (most likely,) codes for pre-orders will be printed on the receipt (at least from GameStop.)
