I don’t think anything official has been announced, but if I had to speculate I’d say they will probably only be available for real money purchase. Would be sweet if we could use req points, but I don’t think that’s going to happen.

As BTA Nightfox just mentioned, the payment method is inconclusive. But given that the skins will be released during Halo WC 2018, there’s a good chance that they’ll be available for purchase with real money much like the previous HCS packs, though the possibility of using REQ points to get them is still there (albeit slim).

But if you’re willing to sell off a bunch of your REQs to get them, please consider the “Sell Reqs Tool” extension for Google Chrome. It’s helped countless people in the past.

There isn’t any official information yet. Any of the guess by the community are just that.

Phhhhhhhhht. Easy for a lot of long time players. I’d be ok with it, as long as I had an option to use my points.
