Is it free to use like every other Halo game? I mean that as in, can I put it on Youtube videos without getting into trouble?

As long as you put a disclaimer in the description saying it’s not your work you should be fine. Loads of people have uploaded the soundtrack to Youtube with no problems - I’d check those videos out to get an idea of what you need to put.
There’s a chance your -Yoink- will be taken down, so don’t try to base your channel around copyrighted content for wich you will be striked for.
