A Question about Console to PC

So I brought the digital edition for xbox one. I want to try it out on PC but can’t find where I can download it at.

Does anyone know?

Open the Windows Store, click your avatar and choose My Library. Scroll down to Games and click “Show all”.

Find Halo Wars 2 (there may be a duplicate) and click the download button.

It’s not in there.

Like I don’t get this sigh lol. They said it was play anywhere and I bought the digital edition with forge.
