When I go to bungie.net I can sign in but the websites says that I have no stats that my gamertag has no record and it shows no evidence of me playing halo even though I have been playing for a while. Can some one explain to me what is going wrong here?

On the 31st of March this year, Bungie stopped updating Halo stats, instead transferring the process over to Halo Waypoint.
Your stats here show that you first began playing on 8/30/2012. Bungie’s stats stopped updating on 3/31/2012. Because you began playing after they stopped updating stats, they have no record of you.
