I preordered the digital copy of Halo 5 and began the installation process. It takes a long time so after a while I put my xbox into standby mode so it could download while not fully on. Well when I turned it back on later it said the installation had been stopped and it said needs physical disc to finish, would you like to try again? So I did and it restarted all over again. Well I left it on until about 60 percent but then I had to go to sleep so I once again put it in the standby mode hoping it would not happen again. Well it sadly did so again I am now at 1 percent. Anyone know why this might be happening? I even unchecked the box that says turn off external Hard drives when xbox goes to sleep but that did not help.
Try just installing the game from start to finish without putting your Xbone into standby mode.
I have problems too. i installed it and the 9 gb patch too, all was finished then i started the game and it says me that the DLC not verified, please install the dlc.

yeah i installed it and then downloaded the 9gb update and when i started the game it says that the DLC is not verified
i uninstalled the game completely and installed both again and i still can not play it because of the DLC
Assuming you guys have Review copies, I think you have a separate problem altogether.
What are Review Copies? My Store Send it me today , normal retail disc version.

Lol… There’s your problem. You won’t be able to play until the game is OFFICIALLY RELEASED on October 27.
Only authentic Review copies (sent to authorized reviewers) can play early.

I think you guys need to get calendars. The 27th is Tuesday.
Also, you can only play campaign, but I think you need to go offline.

WTF are you talking about. Reviewers are not 1st class citizens. But they need to be able to do their jobs. Review games. Reviews need to be made available before a game is out for retail so that poeple can make informed decisions about their purchases.

Twitch Streamer are reviewer? I see alot People they stream Halo 5 they cant talk loud and clear, little bit dizzy in their head. Not all but many, Reviewer thats ok, they must test the Game ok, but no Normal Twitch streamer.
I got my retail copy early and it won’t work. Trying to install it again. Do you think the patch won’t be verified till release day?
