So i’ve opened alot of gold packs but they just give 2 ultra rares i haven’t had legendaries for 3 weeks now have 343 done something to gold packs?
No. It is a random system but there is more chance of getting lower rated items first and with each update they add more REQs.
If I were you I would open silver packs (I do this) so you can get through the lower rates REQs by spending less

I hope 343 adds another pack for items Rare-Legendary for 15-20k. But lucky I have like 5 more Ultra Rares left and then it’s all Legendaries to the end
