A pretty good counter to Boltshot.

I have never used the Hardlight shield in Halo before now but it is an amazing counter to boltshot. When the guys charging time it just right then bring out your shield and no more boltshoot guy.

PV seems to help me considering the spammers are always crouching behind corners.

I think people are mad mostly about the fact that you can get a one shot kill weapon than finding ways to counter it personally I haven’t been killed by it much, because I’m aware of what people are doing.

Or just don´t chase a player that is trying to hide in a corner. Most of the Boltshot player do “this strategy”. But yeah Hardlight Shield is a good option.
