I think the Loadouts, Perks, AA’s etc are only for specific playlists, because you don’t see them in every clip, just that one.

after reading, reading, listening, reading more, getting a drink and a bit more reading, over the last 2hours-ish i have decided to remove the video, and need say this thread be locked please it served its purpose and was wrong, there are armour upgrades in H4, but they are from the sounds of it passive bonuses as opposed to activated abilities.

but this new awareness has not diminished my enthusiasm for H4, it still looks and sounds good, and im expecting more will be shown before, at, and after E3, before the game is launched.
