A preference for Pain achievement not unlocking

Hello,

I was forwarded by Microsoft Case 1479049371 for the achievement A Preference for Pain not unlocking even with 11/11 complete under the LASO campaign playlist.

I did all troubleshooting provided by the microsoft representative and 72 hours has passed for synchronization.

Few things could have happened, did you fully watch Prologue and Epilogue? If not then it sometimes wont unlock. Also was the last mission you completed for the 11th completion Epilogue or was it a different mission? If Epilogue was not the final then there is the issue. Playlist completion achievements are tied in with a check the game does of having all missions in a playlist completed when the final mission in that playlist is complete.
