This is the one for beating H3 on LASO. Anyone else not having this unlock? I got it according to my Xbox profile (got the 30 GS) but I think the issue lies in the fact that Steam talks to the in-game careers page to determine unlocked achievements, and the Halo 3 achievement list in-game does not actually contain A Preference for Pain.
