I’m completely aware that this thread probably has absolutely no value at all but It’s something I want to get across.
I (and I assume many of us complaining) aren’t some Evil Demons set out to butcher 343 and Halo 4 because we don’t get what we want. I frankly am really Looking forward to the game still and I’m pretty sure many of us complaining are too.
343 seem like a really awesome company. I believe Campaign will be down right awesome and epic. Spartan OPs sounds and looks amazing, really happy about it actually. I love the Graphical changes they’ve made, the game looks stunning.
However I simply cannot help but not agree with what they’ve added to/how they’ve changed Multiplayer. The removal of things I and many other enjoys is also a massive concern, thus I and many others complain.
Despite all the complaining and somewhat unfair and ungrateful comments I make and have made, I am still looking forward to this game greatly, even Multiplayer.
Due to the labelling, I’ll tell you that I’m one of the “competitive” players, yet I’ve had thousands of games in Custom games on Halo 3 and enjoy many different kinds of aspects about the game. Whether that be Winning, doing better than someone, getting sweet revenge, sticking people, splattering people, Forge, funny kills, Sprees, Warthog Pickup/Drop offs, Custom games and Custom game madness, the list goes on and on.
Whether you want to avoid us as if we’re the Septicemic plague or you just don’t like us because of our complaining, I understand why and respect that because we do complain a lot, but I feel we do have some valid concerns (In our eyes anyway)
Our Community isn’t just “Casual and competitive” It’s not made up of 2 Communities, It’s made up of numerous amounts of communities/player types. We’re all small communities really. Whether that be Laid back players, MLG players, Forgers, Machinima/Guide/Montage creators, Objective players, Sniper players, BTB players, Doubles players, Campaign/Lore and Cannon players, Racing players, Action Sack players, Infection players, Achievement/Amour hunters or even just a bit of everything. I feel we all deserve a fair share of the cake.
I don’t want the game to be just super competitive because there are many different kinds of players that enjoy this game and I myself enjoy other aspects of the game, I’m sure many of us complaining can concur.
