343, is there any way that you can interact with people on a personal level or just take a few moments of your time to have a talk with me. I would like to express my thoughts with the Halo franchise to a real 343 employee someone who can actually talk with Bonnie Ross or the higher-ups on my thoughts of the franchise and where it should head. Now obviously my opinion on where the franchise should head is totally irrelevant to the grand scheme of things because it’s not just my opinion that matters, but that’s not my point. for me personally I would just like to talk to someone who can understand what I’m talking about and feel like they actually care and lately I just don’t feel like I’ve been getting that kind of love, or anyone for that matter. I think a lot of people would like to see something like that because so far from what I see online nothing like that ever happens. besides if I can understand 343 on a more personal level or a professional level I suppose considering you work it would be fantastic and open up a whole new understanding. I’m not asking for Secrets or Easter eggs or upcoming events I’m simply wanting to have an actual discussion I don’t want a reply to this post, I want a reply that says “sure I’ll talk to you Austin.” for the record that’s my name so please address me as such. Please 343 I have waited so long to actually talk to someone that work for 343i, just once that’s all I ask just once in my life I would like to have a legitimate discussion with someone over there I feel like I’d have a lot more respect and if you care about respect I don’t see why this would be so hard to ACCEPT. And also take this into account as well, for the first time I’ve actually made an effort to go on the forums page and make a post like this to request a conversation with a 343 representative or something of that nature someone who can actually forward my responses if that makes any sense so please don’t let me down on this this is your first impression please make it happen.
Unfortunatly,343 is not really active on Waypoint,so its unlikely they see your letter.
There are probably thousands of people who’d appreciate a personal audience with a 343i employee. But it’s unreasonable to expect them to be able to have such a one-on-one discussion with each and every one of those people. Which raises the question: what makes any one person worthy of such an audience?
If 343i decided to open discussions with individual community members, it would be far more valuable to everyone if those people were not you or me, but influential and respectable members who could relay concerns from the community to 343i, and relay the resulting conversation back to the community.
If you want a one-on-one discussion with a 343i employee, your best bet is to go to gaming industry events and hope you bump into one in a casual setting. Outside of that, it’s just a waste of time that could be better spent elsewhere, like having discussions with community members in a way that benefits more than one of them.
