Yeah, I started hearing last night that people were getting them yesterday… but I haven’t received mine. And I’ve had +51.5 hours since the day they clarified the requirements… I don’t know how they are releasing the packs; it’s kind of weird since not everyone over 50 hours has received it yet. *ske7ch, can you elaborate on this if you know anything?
I’m still a few hours out from getting that glorious flippery helmet… too bad I don’t really play custom games so it’ll take me quite a while.
Have you tried hard resetting you Xbox one(holding the power button for 5-10 seconds)?

Just play customs until you got 2 days and two hours on your customs service record.

Lol. I got it when it came out 
Yea I’ve had to up my Custom games to tyr to get it. Never been much of a customs person.

In the last CU they said they will be rolling out Timmy helmets each week. If you don’t get yours this week sit tight.

I know that, but I’ve had the 50+ hours since before the last rollout. If they are just doing a query against their database for all users with over that amount of time and manually granting it to them then I should have received it yesterday.

Dunno what to tell you then. You should get it before the end of March at least.

I don’t see how I could fit in 40 hours of custom games in 6 weeks. I’ve only managed 10 hours and that was me trying to play customs as much as possible. I don’t get it YouTube makes custom games look so easy to get into but for me the wait time is just too long.

I’ll pop into the nuketown ffa for awhile till it get bored then leave. Same with assisination maps.
im grinding those 50 hours I’ve been playing for an entire day and still nothing I think I’m going to need to reload the game first.
Dang, I was hoping that they would release them later in the week. I’m not too far off but I guess I’ll have to wait another week to get mine.

Yeah, you gotta finish them. Quitting out of unlimited ones doesn’t count.
Play Gun Game a bunch, those go pretty quickly and are mad fun to boot.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue of having the required +50 hours (2 Days, 2 Hours) in Customs and still not receiving Timmy after 343 did their latest release?
