i think it would if we got our own A.I.'s like master chief or there be like a specialization where u get to have a A.I. like u get to customize ur A.I. and it have his own skill like defense, awareness, offensive or technical like overriding machinery or giving vehicals shield or control the guns (if any) on the vehical or control certain bases to where ur A.I. is ur extra eyes or ears.

i just thought it would be cool

Sounds like the MAG system they used on phantasy star online haha, Not a bad idea though, although it doesn’t exactly feel like an FPS thing but more of an RPG thing.
