Will there be a new Halo arcade game that is set before Halo: Reach?

I don’t believe they are working on another one, and if they did, it would probably follow another interesting even such as the discovery of the Lesser Ark or Delta Halo, as all that really happened before Reach was Humanity retreating and losing 9/10 battles. The only reason I would see it set before Reach is if it followed the Halo found in Halo Wars.
