Could the unit appear in a future DLC unit or was it just cut because of reasons we don’t know about?

Both E-warfare units from UNSC and Banished have yet to appear in the game.

Really interested in the concept as they look stealthy. Also the word E-warfare suggests hacking/electronic/disrupting capabilities. Maybe units with no offensive power but rather EMP’s or disable mechanics?

Or maybe they could serve as improved Disruption Bombs from the first Halo Wars. So Leader Power counters.
