A much less angering and divisive statement

“We need a little bit more time to work on campaign, so it will be delayed a couple of months, however multiplayer will still be available this holiday season.”
That’s how you make a disappointing, but acceptable PR statement without alienating people who play Halo with friends and treating them like irrelevant second class citizens, 343i.

There is no right way to say it. No one is treating anyone like second class citizens like come on. That is an absurd statement made with emotion.

I look at the forums and I just see coop and solo players at eachother’s throats. Delaying it for both camps would’ve just made people disappointed but accepting they have to wait longer without all this division.

Disappointed and upset is one thing however you are greatly exaggerating with “second class citizens”. They are more transparent than ever regardless of us wanting more.
