campaign was what the Halo games needed and it looks like 343 have delivered. The new alien threat, Cortana’s fight for survival, and the conflicts with new characters aboard the Infinity will pack a real emotional punch. Reach promised this but failed to deliver, that was my biggest problem with Reach I didn’t care when a character died because they had no depth to them.

Reach should of been a heartbreaking character driven story, the only good dialogue in the game came form Jen Taylor playing Halsey in the final scene.

Yeah the deaths weren’t heartbreaking or heroic. They were meh.
