Understandably so, I cannot expect this to amount to anything, but I figured I would share my thoughts anyway.
Halo 3, in its current form, could use some minor playlist consolidation. I am not suggesting a complete revamp, but just one consolidation suitable to my own preferences.
I currently enjoy playing both Social Skirmish and Team Mythic (I stay away from ranked because I am not 1/2 the player I was in 09-10 as a result of dwindling time I have to dedicate to playing). I love the gametypes, variety and offerings of both of these playlists, but there is a minor issue. Finding a match can be very time consuming.
My suggestion, considering both of these playlist contain objective and require all DLC, is to join them together into a Team Skirmish style playlist with a very high objective weighting.
To me, it makes sense because two populations would combine for faster search times and a similar experience. As stated before, I am highly doubtful that anything can, or would be done, as the game is 4 years old at this point and support was less than scarce in the hands of the previous developer.
