When I set out to complete Halo 3 on Legendary by myself, one of the biggest struggles I faced was going into it with no real game plan. And while this worked for me during my Halo 4 playthrough and 99% of Halo 3, one mission - the infamous Cortana - would punish even the slightest error with instant death… again and again.

Thanks to you, the Halo community, I can finally say that not only have I beaten one of the hardest Halo missions of them all on the highest difficulty alone, I also beat the entire game and was rewarded with the EOD and Security helmets as well as the Katana chest (my personal three must-haves.)

I owe the world to you.

I actually enjoyed Cortana on Legendary,I only feared Pelican Hill a little.

I remember me and my friends would always skip that mission when we played campaign lol

I’m about halfway through Halo: Reach.

I intend on going through most of the games.
