As a HUGE Halo fan, you wouldn’t believe how much I can’t stop playing. However, On my 20th birthday, Halo 4 came out, and you could not imagine my happiness to get this game (and I’m talking about the collector’s edition). I’ve done nothing but play mostly Halo my whole life.
However, Halo 4’s unpatched gameplay back then actually made me get rid of the game by January. I discovered a whole new level of rage mode that I didn’t want. Of course as the months passed, I heard tales that the mighty 343 Industries actually listened to us, so I bought the game again, this time, the Game of the year edition (which is a joke by the way) and I download the rest of the maps, and I see a new play list. “Proving Ground” it’s called. I played that, and it was actually bearable.
It was nothing but BR’s and DMR’s shooting out over these arena style maps just like, what was that game called again? Oh! I remember! HALO! Yes! HALO FELT LIKE HALO AGAIN! It was the only thing I’d play for a long time. However, I found myself going back to Halo: Reach because the Aesthetically appealing armor. Let’s face it, All Halo 4 armor looks like trash or stolen from other games and other entertainment outlets. Then I got online today.
This is soooo annoying! To come back to the WORST (my opinion) Halo title of all time and to see the ONE GOOD (my opinion) playlist in Halo 4’s Matchmaking System taken down to make way for TEAM OBJECTIVE!
Now, don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind playing objective from time to time, but I mostly play Slayer or Swat, but this isn’t the first time that they’ve removed playlists, and once again I’m about to rant about the DLC playlists, which I’ve done before, but we should just make it PERMANENT!
Instead of removing playlists people like, JUST KEEP THEM THERE! LEAVE THEM BE SO THAT PEOPLE CAN PLAY! Especially since I paid extra for the DLC multiplayer maps! It’s such a rip-off!
What’s more upsetting is that no one seems to bring this up but me. I feel like I’m the only one in this argument. 343 says they listen to the community, then I guess I must not be a part of the community
