well, as long as you can’t proof that literally every one of those “thousands of players”, down to the very last one, did everything correct in the correct order you can’t rule out human error.
I know, no one would openly admit to be too inept to use twitch, but no one can convince from the opposite that people like this exist and that they come online trying to put the blame on others.
I opened a support ticket on this issue and was advised to open with the multiplayer team which responded with:
“Thank you for your ticket. At this time, we don’t have a workaround and can’t predict when there might be a resolution, but your issue has been logged with our developers. They will use the information you provided during their investigation.”
I think it is safe to say that we will never get these drops if you have not already.
I’ll jump in for awareness. Same happened to me. Submitted ticket. Say they can’t help…same cookie cutter response as others received.
Still haven’t gotten my anniversary items, did get my twitch ones
I have the anniversary items but still no twitch stuff. Sort of unrelated side note that I thought of because you brought up the anniversary stuff. I downloaded the game when it came out in November and day one bought points for the battle pass but never got the game pass discount despite having game pass ultimate. Also also, I preordered from Walmart and never received any preorder stuff smh…
Might be worth talking to the Microsoft Store team, they might be able to resolve it for you.
A lot of people, myself included, didn’t get the preorder stuff. If you speak to the retailer you bought it from enough times they should provide you with a code.
Lol, I just again tried resigning in/claiming from both twitch and waypoint and it is still broken. I still don’t have the weapon skins but I have the other two. Absolutely absurd they haven’t just given these skins to every halo player at this point since they botched this so bad
Not just the Walmart people got screwed. Alot of people who did get codes didn’t get what they were promised. The codes are messed up. I’m one of the few whose code worked fine, but not enough people are talking about it.
You guys paid ahead to get stuff, you deserve to get it one way or another.
