A lot of us didn't get the Twitch Drop skins in-game despite claiming it. How are you going to fix this, 343i?

I was able to claim mine and one of my kids got his ,but the other did not. He was awarded it on twitch and claimed it, but it was never added to his inventory.

For everyone saying ā€œJuSt CoNtAcT SuPpOrTā€ holy heck, don’t you people know we all have contacted them?? There are a ton of people that didn’t get these drops, just because you got yours doesn’t mean that everyone else is being annoying or stupid. This was a huge issue and rightfully needs addressed and honored.

There is no support.

They are on Holiday break. None of this will be resolved before Xmas, unless it’s the standard twitch delay for the drops.

I think we will get it as soon the holiday event starts in 3 hours in infinite. I’m gonna wait. If not then will make a ticket bout it.

I currently have multiple active tickets that I am working with them on, sometimes they take a few days to reply but they’re typically pretty good at getting back to people on stuff. It mostly depends on severity level of the ticket, since this is lower on the scale its unlikely people will get much help until after the holidays, unless a ton of people all have the same issue and keep reporting it (that would improve the odds)

Yes a few days. This is standard for any game with twitch drops. Flooding the forums 2 days before XMass eve with the exact same threads about not getting the drops, will not magically force someone to cut their holiday short to get this resolved.

There is already a thread with a staggering number of first time users on here, but 343 doesn’t care about the threads here. They care about Reddit. The point is that whoever oversees the support, will push the issue when it can be fixed. The number of tickets speaks louder than the number of Waypoint forum posts.

Upset about a glitch? I have linked and unlinked my twitch and it only shows up as ā€œā€¦ā€ and I’ve not gotten the drop because of it.

I’ve never had twitch drop problems until 343i, which again, is hilarious in that regard. Because it’s more problems because of 343i.

If you queued up at a restaurant for 3 hours, waiting to try out their new meal and when you spent 3 hours of your time and you got a table to then be told ā€œLol, Soz. we’re closed now, get outā€ I think you’d be pretty pissed off too, don’t ya think?

Oh shut up, just because you don’t care doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be addressed. The fact that you would just let a company get away with you putting in time and effort to support the tournament and not be upset about the very easily obtained awards because of their connection miscommunications is a problem. But yeah go ahead and make fun of everyone. I can’t wait for you to run into an issue on any of your games and everyone laughs at you cause they think you’re stupid.

Read my post two above yours. Is it my fault waypoint only reads my twitch username as ā€œā€¦ā€ no matter how much I unlink and link it(I tried on phone and PC)? Please explain how I’m at fault for this bug.

I’m still waiting on my Anniversary items/coating, was on for hours during the last day (well before the cutoff point) playing with my brother, but he got them and I didn’t. Have had an open ticket for almost a month lmao

Just a quick update…
I have gotten a response from Halo Support having me check to make sure everything is linked properly. Then instructed to unlink and relink accounts. I was told if that didn’t work to reply to them and the would continue to look into it. It did not work for me so I responded back. Letting them work through the problem.

Will continue to update as we go.
