A lot of us didn't get the Twitch Drop skins in-game despite claiming it. How are you going to fix this, 343i?

It can’t be hard to get a list of accounts that achieved the rewards from twitch. Amazon AWS should be backing their data.

if you go to support.halowaypoint.com, log in again (likely step) and scroll to the bottom of any FAQ page, you can find a link to submit a ticket. Then just proceed as you best see fit, I added screenshots of my accounts and claimed drops/redeem page in waypoint for further illustration.

IT has happened to me too, I tried asking about but not got a lot of answers, I have tried re-linking my twitch but nothing.

Guess all we could do is either bug 343i to fix it and give it to those who hasn’t got it or just accept we got bamboozled and wait for next year, cause that’s always fun right?

Making a ticket does nothing. I got a bland template and have not responded to me in over 10 hours since. Twitch support redirected me to the developer as well so this issue lies with 343i

Makes sense here I was thinking I messed up even though I watched all of hcs I will have to search twitch and see where I need to redeem them.

They should just go ahead and gift the stuff that dropped during HCS to everyone at this point. Throw the community a bone since so many are having issues and the HCS events (even the LAN) had issues.

I still haven’t received mine either. It shows up properly on my Twitch account but it won’t unlock, despite my accounts being connected.

I went to Halo Waypoint as instructed and linked my Twitch account. I watched my fellow Australian teams, Divine Mind and The Chiefs lose. But, all of that viewing time; nothing. I got nothing. I felt as defeated as my fellow Ozzie mates.

I claimed the weapon skins and the pose but the armour skin did not show on Twitch to claim. Did I miss this somehow?

Same thing happening to me. Submitted ticket earlier will update as I go.

A shame that 343i still refuses to acknowledge this issue. Bet these skins will come back as a $20 bundle in their store, huh
