As you may be aware, a lot of players, including me, did not receive their HCS Twitch Drop skins in-game, despite earning and claiming them on Twitch. This is due to an issue 343i had with Twitch account linking on Halo Waypoint. Now, we have no way to re-earn these rewards, and Twitch redirects support to 343i.
So, 343i, how and when will you give us the skins that we rightfully earned and claimed?
Same, I submitted a ticket for waypoint, if lots of us do I think they’ll address it.

This happens all the time with Warframe, and it usually works out.

Is this a 343 issue or a Twitch issue? If it happens on other game with their loot system, we should probably be looking towards Twitch.

I was able to get the weapon skins and armor coatings and they unlocked for me in the game under 1 hour but it’s hour 19 since I claimed my drop for the Victory Shout pose and it’s still not in my game. Gotta love the difficulties
What you should do: contact support at this point. Maybe make a new twitch account for the future. Make sure you link/unlink and claim twitch drop with no Adblock, it seems to screw this whole process up.
What 343i will probably do: they’ll likely just make it available to everybody honestly. To celebrate the popularity of the event.

It’s a 343i issue, Twitch account linking was broken for a lot of people on Halo Waypoint. Twitch recognized your MS account, and Drop progress, but Waypoint recognized your Twitch account as “…” and you had to delink and relink to have it correct, but your rewards were lost.
Yeah same here,I really want the markV armour coating,I dont mind the rest but that coating is sick and it hasn’t sent to my account,343 plz fix!
The only thing I didn’t get because i missed out on it was the milked logo or whatever is it over already?

I missed that too. I think that was about a week ago, around 14th. I hope it’s available again sometime.
yeah i dont have the weapon coating or the armor coatings but i only got the pose after disconnecting and reconnecting my twitch account im still wondering if we will ever get our drops
