Issue: The A Lot Extra achievement (complete all original campaign bonus objectives) still refuses to unlock for me. The in-game missions menu says I’ve collected every single one on every single mission. However, various other records show conflicting information. For example:
Xbox Profile: 97% completed
Waypoint Service Record (sub-objectives): 64 out of 65
Waypoint Service Solo Mission Progress (added up): 34 out of 65
Essentially, the four metrics on my progress show four different things. I’ve played through the campaign many times now, and it’s getting weary. I’ve been told that deleting my saved game data will show me what objectives I’m missing. They say this works because after deleting the data, your stats are repopulated based on your waypoint service record. However, this would be a problem for me as well. You see, my individual mission progress on my service record only reflects my first playthrough from back in February. Medals, highest score, fastest time, and all collectibles never updated past that. I’ve played the campaign multiple times and gotten all skulls and gold medals. So if my missing game data is drawn from my service record after it’s deleted, I risk the game setting back my progress on multiple fronts.
I think I’m going to try to 100% Halo Wars 1, while checking back in on this one every now and then.
