I think they already have their minds set for the Halo 4 soundtrack but I would LOVELOVELOVELOVELOVELOVELOVELOVE a nice shred in Halo 5 or some awesome halo 2 type music. Halo 2 by far was my favorite soundtrack.

Breaking Benjamin’s blow me away at the end of grave mind was sick. Charging towards the end of that level and then that song comes on. So awesome.

That song isn’t bad, but it’s been overused to the point of insanity. No offence to Breaking Benjamin, but I may snap if I hear “Blow Me Away” one more time.

Personally, I don’t think “Halo 2 style” guitars will fit into the the kind of atmosphere that Halo 4 has. However, if there were guitars in the soundtrack, and those guitar riffs are played in a similar style to “Sword Control” from Reach’s soundtrack, then I don’t think I would mind at all.

Halo 2 had Breaking Benjamin. That was an epic scene. When that music started for the first time, the only thing I could think of was “-Yoink-'s about to get real.”

Yeah it was over used in montages and amvs, but it was awesome in the game. I always loved charging up hill towards the elites and hunters. Then in the final room you have a battle between the elites and the brutes. All the while that song was playing. Made me so pumped.
Yeah that was a really awesome moment.
I’m sure a different song by those talented people like lets say “I will not bow” would do just fine in 4.
But yeah I’m a proud supporter of metal in our Halo.
Scrap the whole Soundtrack, replace with AtomA. Profit.
