One thing that I have noticed while playing online is there is a certain thing that I find very offensive, and before I say what it is, I am just asking to be more aware of it and correct yourselves. I know I’m not make a change, but have some respect. There are moments were you get teamed up against, so the best thing to do is to take some out with you, and you say “Alhuakbar”(Which is wrongly used in these types of scenarios). Again, I do not want to start anything, nor bring politics/reality into Halo, I am just asking to be respectful for everyone. Thank you.

I’m guessing from your spelling of Allāhu Akbar you are likely not a Muslim. They might find your use of the phrase in that manner offensive.
ooh one person is offended by something funny stop the presses!! Sorry but just because you want people to stop it more than likely they will not only do it more around you but it will not stop. it will only stop when people think it has gotten old.

I not saying to stop, i am saying to be respectful. If you want to say Ahuakbar thats fine, but use it in the right scenarios…

I don’t think the issue is mocking. Remember people are mocking extremists not Muslims, and screw what they think. Its more along the lines of that people have died by such suicide bombings but people are imitating it despite how serious it is. Thats how I see people getting mad about it. Either way, I wouldn’t get up in arms about it.

I watched the link and I agree…but some pwoplw don’t know, thats why I am saying this. People think the meaning of Alhuakbar is a time when you do suicide bombing or take someone out while you die or whatever, but its not. It has nothing to do with it, so I made this post mainly to get peoples attention.

Yes, praise Allah. I don’t want to deep into this, I don’t want to lock this post, but the suicide bombers that say that use it out of context. Thats not the right way to use Alhuakbar, thats why when I see it on halo, its offensive, especially when the person tries convince you that its funny.
