Let me preface this by saying that I bought Halo 4 the day it came out, hit level 70 within 3 weeks, and beat the campaign on legendary all while playing it “online.” So I waited, waited, waited, and waited, giving 343 the benefit of the doubt in terms of sending out the specialization codes. Since I never received an e-mail (I have checked all possible folders), and them never sending me an Xbox message (as they claim to have if an eligible player did not redeem their code), I can only assume that they skipped me (not sure if I’m alone in this). Xbox customer support apparently won’t do anything about this issue, or even elevate the issue, so I am to assume that they are literally sweeping me under the rug because they had this bad idea in the first place. Since I cannot contact 343 for whatever reason, I hope that this gets seen by somebody that works there. I have played Xbox for 10 years, and can legitimately say that I have never been so offended by a company. I am not begging for a spare code, asking you to fix my error of overlooking the email, or anything of that sort. I am asking for the code that was promised to me when I purchased your product. Please, do respond.
