So I know infinite will be a ten year service game and I had a few Ideas for some dlcs. Theres like 4 or 5 in one here kinda as the same catergory. That being like dlc campaign, like one campaign dlc be like a spartan ops story where like in like halo 4 you play as your customized spartan and can explore the ring while doing the spartan ops missions but with more lore/database. Same with like maybe a ODST/Marine campaign of playing missions and exploring the ring as well with more lore too.
3rd and 4th Idea would be firefight, where we should the tradition firefight in defending like a certain section of the map till times up or complete all the round with 5 waves plus bonus round or till you lose all your life as you could choose to play as either your spartan or as odst/marines. Then of course probably warzone firefight but with the traditional classic halo firefight setting in it as well of 5 waves per round so, Halo 5 firefight was 5 rounds and halo 3 odst and reach firefight was 5 waves per round so that was 3-4 rounds. So combo with both firefights be bout 5 rounds with 5 waves be a total of 25 waves all together plus bonus round being 26.
I wouldn’t mind a Spartan Ops feature returning as long as it is functional because some of the levels in Spartan ops were downright unplayable at times due to severe lag.

the campaign coop lag where movement was laggy was very poorly designed netcode. its weird because multiplayer was made properly with movement being client based. the people on campaign must have done a hack job with no thoughts how it ruins gameplay. they fixed it in halo 5 because firefight and warzone had no input lag and i imagine campaign too

I hope for a proper firefight, as Halo 5’s firefight was fun but not near the level of quality given in Halo 3: ODST or Halo: Reach.
A dlc about a group of odst’s stuck on the newly discovered halo ring. With alot of heavy losses along the way they try to find a way out of the graveyard of lost UNSC forces and get off the ring. Heavily outnumbered and using older tech to survive.(classic movement perhaps?)
I would be down with a new Spartan Ops or some other campaign.

It would be awesome to see firefight make a return (maybe with the Flood this time? Please?)
