A Halo Movement

Everything wrong with this game that needs to be fixed has been compiled into a document which you can read here.

This is sad that there are that many things wrong with this Halo. 343, you could’ve done better.

Also, the article was not written by me so I am not taking credit.

Stopped reading at “…we all mutually hate Halo 4”. A document full of opinions, nothing more

By that it meant Halo Veterans who’ve been playing since CE -_-

Oh, in that case, still an opinion. I guess I must be the only “Halo Veteran” who doesn’t hate halo 4. That document is still just a pile of BS written by someone who wanted a Halo remake, not a Halo 4

Lol at nerd manifesto

You got farther than me, at least.

More self-centered fools who think their opinion is the word of God. The only real thing bad about Halo right now is the damn community.

Here. Here.

I stopped when I skimmed to “The reason Halo 2 was the XBL juggernaut that it was, was because it had the best and most accurate ranking system out of any Halo game bar-none.”

Well that’s wrong right there because Halo 2 was successful because it was new and innovating when Xbox Live came out. The Ranking system in halo 2 was a load of -Yoink- that was reset twice making thing too inaccurate.

When you want to be taken seriously, provide sources to legitimize yourself but for now all I see is opinion after opinion.

There’s so much competition plus an ease for connecting online play now so masses begin to see different interests also adding the new generations coming.

If you show children one piece of candy, then they’re going to take it if they like candy, so now all the kids want that candy because it tastes so good, now someone else has a different kind and maybe the new kids want that one first. After more candy is made making different flavors, nobody wants to keep eating strawberry over and over.

I’m just eating the strawberry flavor because its my favorite (Halo)

Yet my brother prefers Orange (Battlefield 3)

Based on all these opinions on this thread I’m not even going to read that document. Sounds like a speculative, rubbish filled rage fest. Just like the rest of waypoint. I’ll just continue to present constructive opinions without all the emotion. That’s the way to do it.

Yeah, I’ve played since CE… H4 is doing ok, the maps are a bit lacking and there are a few problems with the gameplay, but you people complaining seem to forget the problems with h2 and h3 at launch too.

They were both far from perfect. I understand you only want to remember ther good things but get real. The gaming industry makes tons of money these days, and developers are literally forced to have the game out at a certain time. It’s rare to see games completed at launch anymore.

Stop coming here and shoving opinions down our throats all day, and if its really that bad go play cod. I hear that game is 100 percent perfect. No lag, no campers, no terrible maps…

This is a rant document, not an actual work on whats wrong and what can be improved.

For example that Mass Effect novel that got so much wrong. The document had a bunch of point by point issues that were sorted by how bad they were.

That said, as someone who has played halo since it came out. I can tell you I agree with very, very few of your points OP. I am surprised there’s no ranking system though.

Wow. Go play reach or something. Complaining and whining is such a waste of your time.

No, I don’t hate H4. I’ve also been playing since CE.

Yeah, there’s things I’d like to fix/change. It’s by no means a bad game, though. Maybe it’s not you cup of tea, but it has solid core mechanics. Some maps are a little lacking, and I’d definitely like to re-balance weapons, but these useless hate-rants get nothing accomplished.

Yet you don’t acknowledge I didn’t write this?

The proof is right in front of your eyes. Let’s see:

Loadouts = Custom Classes
SitRec Replay = Killcam
Join in progress (from CoD) = Disaster with Halo

Sorry man, most of the community enjoys the game. The forums are littered with people who are upset over something and come here to jam opinions in everyone’s face.

You do know, you are talking to people of the internet right? Where things that are wordy are avoided because every other noob can’t condense their ideas (not calling you a noob), but it leads many of us that doesn’t care unless you can make it a faster read.

I admire you guys can be mature about this and yes I understand 95% of the internet has the attention span of a knat. My main purpose was to put all the complaints into that one document from the original author but some people on this site (not you guys) are too closed minded and get a kick out of being harsh to others.

And by that you do not speak for me. I’ve been playing Halo since 12:30am november 2001.

I’ve played CE, halo PC, h2, h3, odst, reach and h4. YOU DO NOT SPEAK FOR ME.
