It’s a little blurry in my opinion. What did you make it out of by chance? Its not bad don’t get me wrong, you can clearly see that you drew the Chief from either Halo 2 or 3.

the reason it’s blurry is because I took the picture from my iPod.
iPods have cameras now?? Oh yea they do. Im old… I remember when iPods came out.
Anyways… try taking a new pic and reuploading it so I can fairly judge it.
the pic is kind of blurry, but yeah, it looks good. I’d say 9-10.
