Woops, wrong subject. How about Master Chief vs. Rampant Cortana(I know that would never happen)
Since Chief never used “Halo Reach AL”, I’m going to assume that he’d be equipped with the Armor Lock that was shipped with every issue of Mark VI armor that allowed Chief to survive the fall from Earth’s orbit to the surface of the planet. If it is this version, the glassing beam wins.

That’d be cool, but Linda would OBLITERATE Jun in that competition.

Armor lock as it is in Reach functions as a temporary invincibility, only lasting a few second. The glassing cannon fires a constant beam of focused plasma that melts the surface of a planet. Even if Master Chief could survive the initial blast, the Armor Lock would fail long before the beam would need to stop.

It depend where Cortana is. If she is in the Chief’s suit while rampant, she could severly injure or even kill Master Chief. But if she is just in a holographic display that isn’t connect to other systems, she would only be a danger to herself.

Just FYI, Reach’s Armor Lock and a Spartan’s ability to lock their armor are completely different things. When a Spartan locks his armor, the gel layer hardens and is able to survive severe impacts and protect the wearer. They are by no means invincible though.

linda, she is a spartan 2 with more training then Jun. Linda would throw the bullet at jun with a sniper scope attached to her hand for the win. Jun doesnt stand a chance.
