What if there was a Warzone playlist that is reminiscent to Fiesta? Same thing as regular Warzone, but everyone starts with random REQs at the level they are at. For example, you’ll only get random level one REQs at the beginning of the match. Say you get to REQ level eight near the end of the game, then you’d start with random weapons that cost eight points and lower. This way everything is balanced and there’s not just one guy with an Answer obliterating everyone else who is stuck with an Assault Rifle or a Boltshot.
The assortment of weapons would include all of the weapon variants, so things like the Void’s Tear and Krith’s Left Hand are in the mix.
As for vehicles, I’m not sure yet. Perhaps vehicles should be rarer than other weapons to keep it balanced? Please add some suggestions below, I want to hear your thoughts!

True, you raise a good point.
But then again, they don’t make money off of any Arena playlists because none of them use REQs. I could see them adding this to Halo 5 if enough people wanted to make it happen.
Well every so often you get one of those warzone games where the other team is REQ level 5 while your team is all still level 2. So in this case, what happens? One team has 5 railguns and SAWs while the other has boltshots and ARs?
Then they’ll hit REQ 8, your team is at 3, and they farm you with ridiculous weapons for the rest of the game.
