A good positive statement

Halo.
What is it to me? It’s this AMAZING game that has helped me be who I am today. A proud gamer who has had the opportunity to meet many people the past 8 years online and offline that I can now call my best friends.

Many people seem to be sad to see a beloved franchise begin to evolve. I for one am happy it did. We’re it not for 343i we would have been stuck playing a lil game called Halo:Reach. Which in terms of fun is not a bad game, but when it comes to the hardcore MLG type players was a huge let down by Bungie. I for one can’t say I loved the game but I did enjoy it and still do, till November 6th of course

Halo 4 to us is just another Halo game that we can’t wait to play. I mean seriously who doesn’t want to be the MC again? I for one do and can’t wait for the day I can hear Cortana tell me what to do lol.New enemy, weapons, vehicles and characters its all NEW yet familiar. You see the reason why our beloved Halo has evolved is not because 343i decided that they should just make changes to the formula its because its time that Halo grew up. It’s been almost exactly the same game since 2001. Of course they made some changes here and there but never anything to drastic(till reach). There are a lot of ppl that still love Halo and wished it could stay the same it was when WE first played it, but I think it’s time WE stopped living in the past. I say it’s time that we as the amazing community that we are past down the torch to the newcomers. Let them play Halo and see what an amazing game it is. I mean yeah it’s not the same it was 10 years ago but Halo is still Halo if you can understand what I mean.

I can’t tell you what to do or how to think but I can at least hope that WE as a community stop all this negativity we have towards 343i. I’m not telling you not to give feedback good or bad but I have read some things here that are absolutely hurtful. These ppl gave up 3-4 years of their lives to work on this game and maybe they did screw up here and there(Promethean vision) lol, but they didn’t do it just for the money even though they earned it but because they didn’t want to see a beloved franchise be only a memory.

So yea Halo has grown up the past 10 years and so have I. I’ll miss the good old halo days but I can’t wait to see what the next 10 years will bring for me.
