I hope people read this cause I don’t think it’s to much to ask.
I’ve been playing halo for over 10 years and I’m sure I’m not the only one whose followed this franchise. I love Microsoft and Bungie and Halo but there really is NO excuse for a game to not totally work when released. I don’t understand how this acceptable. The game LITERALLY does not work.! And even after a patch it, kinda works, every now and then. Stupid. Even assassins creed didn’t work, and we won’t even start on DICE/EA. how can they get away with this.?
So I Do Not think it is to much to ask that IF I PURCHASE A GAME FOR OVER 60.00 AND I PUT IT IN MY CONSOLE AND IT DOESNT WORK I SHOULD BE ALOUD A FULL REFUND. Not a 20 dollar exchange at GameStop or 25 for pro member its total BS! I don’t even think they should have the chance to say, we’ll release and update to fix it. NO that’s just absurd. That’s like buying an expensive car that doesn’t work for a month cause you need more parts to make it run.

I’m sorry to keep ranting but don’t we have rights as buyers??? We are given INCOMPLETE products, can only play campaign, and that hardly works. This is just ridiculous. If i sold something to someone and it didn’t work I’m pretty sure id here about and have to give the money back. They don’t cause they are a hotshot company? No, give me my money back. NOW
Then go get a refund.
