A lot of it is his problems that he had prior to working with Certain Affinity but he goes on to talk about what he worked on for Certain Affinity, the problems they had with 343 always tinkering with the weapons making Ordinance harder to balance, and how Dominion was almost cut from the game.
Whether this is completely true has yet to be seen but still interesting none the less.

Nothing really surprising here. This is generally how the game industry is. Unless you’re hired to be a part of the full time staff, they don’t treat you like one of their own. If he expected to be welcomed with opened arms and be buddy buddies by the end of his contract, he got his own hopes up. Also, it’s common knowledge that you will be underpaid and over worked because of the lack of standards in the industry, which is why I decided to never work in that field.
Kudos for Kotaku for posting another sensationalist article. At least they’re keeping up their standards for horrible journalism.
