The 4th could may just be the Halo Combat Evolved Jackal. They Are Considered Ruutians by many, But Their Skin Tone, Mouth, Face, Eyes and everything about them is Different.
I Think They Come from the Ah’lomet continent, Making Them Ah’lometians. Not Much is known about this continent, and nor the CE Jackals.
Its is the Third Continent on Eayn,
Ruuht Being home to the Ruutians, Ibie’sh Being home to the Ibie’shan, Therefore making CE Jackals Perfectly Fitting for the Ah’lometians of Ah’lomet.
