I am sorry to say that after playing halo 4 I have lost any faith in 343.
After playing most of the game modes I can say that this is not the halo I know and love so I hate goodbyes but the road you traveled I can not follow you on that path of self destruction.
This may be the last game I ever play if they are to be all the same.
My halo 4 LE will gather dust or soot in the end the same result.
I offer this last suggestion know your roots,don’t let Microsoft push you around admit when your wrong, if you do not heed my warning then let halo die with dignity.

If I misspelled anything my eyes are to full of tears to see right.

I have no idea what people are having problems with. This is literally the best halo ever. I never feel cheated out of kills and the pace of the game feels even faster than Halo 3. =] So awesome. Thanks 343i, btw!! :slight_smile:

Well at least some people are happy, just remember this it may say halo on the box but that doesn’t make it halo.

Do you have any, say…reasons, or proof? As to why this game is so bad? Otherwise, it just sounds like you’re whining just for the sake of whining.

Who are you sorry? If your giving a “formal” goodbye and posting directly to 343 (Why not use the private telephone number they must have given you?) then you must be someone important. Did you work on the game? Did you do some voice acting for it? Are you a celebrity? Are you Morgan Freeman? I don’t get the point of this post?

Well we have three options now quit and never look back, go along with this, make our voices heard and get the game we all know and love back.

This game is unlike anything else I’ve played, and it’s -Yoinking!- amazing. It’s not perfect, as no game is, but it is as close to perfection as a game can be. I have no idea what anyone could possibly drive anyone to dislike Halo 4, but to each his own, I guess.

I still hold out hope that some of the bugs and kinks and things that were removed that didn’t need to be removed will come back in some form.

And there isn’t likely another game I’d be playing right now anyways. I have an extreme distaste for CoD (which I might add, is one of the reasons I’m displeased with the more CoD approach to multiplayer 343 has taken), so I’m stuck with this.

It isn’t a bad game.

Hell, it’s a good game.

But it could’ve been a great game.

Pfffft, a wee bit dramatic, yeah? Don’t know why everybody has to write a friggin’ poem or epitaph to say goodbye to all of us nerds on some online forum. Halo 4 has been the best Halo 4 to most of us, so not quite sure why you’re all ‘woe is me’ about this.

I understand how disappointed you are, and that Bungie’s Halo will cease to exist, but weeping really isn’t necessary. No matter how much fun you had, no matter how many memories you hold with previous Halos, it’s still just a game.

Be…Best Halo ever?

Community, you make me cry tears of sadness. I can’t believe some of you think this is the best Halo ever. I almost prefer Reach to this, honestly.

Is it a good game? Sure, but it isn’t close to being a Halo game. You can put whatever name you want on the box, and get whoever you want to make it, doesn’t change the fact that it doesn’t feel anything alike.

I’m starting to think that most of these people who are complaining are the same people who hated on halo 4 when it was announced since it wasn’t bungie. Seriously I have played halo from the start, and I can easily say that this halo multiplayer far surpasses halo reach’s AND halo 3’s. I would say this multiplayer is up there with the likes of halo 2 in the seance that I get that hyped. The maps feel BALANCED, the gameplay is superb, and infinity slayer feels like a completely different aspect to halo, but it still gives you that halo feel when you call an ordinance and it falls from the sky as if dropped by a pelican. Overall, this is a phenomenal halo, and I can’t wait to play the others in the coming years. The only real issue I have so far is that some weapons feel rather nerfed compared to other weapons (ex the br and carbine compared to the dmr) but still, this is the halo I knew and loved back in the halo 2 days. Keep it up 343!!!
