Where did they get the idea for smaller side missions other than the campaign? How did they come up with the name Spartan Ops? Is there another game franchise that does this exact same thing? It seems like a real original idea I can’t wait to try it.
The sarcasm in this topic is just poking me with a stick but damn, Call of Duty wasn’t the first game to ever have side missions.
Spartan Ops is also a placeholder name, so get off your high horse.
Who remembers Perfect Dark 64? I remember that had side missions that tied into campaign and if I remember correctly it was released before CoD. So my point is just because CoD did it doesnt mean they were the first to do so.

I’m on a couch not a horse. And I wasn’t being sarcastic, I’m wondering about the game mode. Do you get a different amount of stars for completing the missions on a higher difficulty? Do you have to unlock a certain amount of stars to move on to the next set of missions? Just some ideas I thought would be cool.

This sarcasm is jabbing me with the stick now.
