It does come with an ethernet cable, but not an HDMI. You can get an HDMI cable from Best Buy for fairly cheap. Don’t look at price, by the way. A $20 HDMI is no different from a $200 one.

Also, a number of retailers (here in the UK anyway) appear to offer bundles with hdmi and Ethernet cables for near enough the same price as those with just the standard console package

Thanks everyone.

I think I can find a HDMI cable laying around some where. My current 20 GB original Xbox 360 isn’t quite dead yet but its on its deathbed, I figure I might as well put it out of misery.

Even the Ethernet cable it came with stopped working. How the hell does that happen?

There is a difference between High speed HDMI and just HDMI <mark>though on Xbox 360 it makes no difference.</mark> Basicly, HDMI “75Mhz” only can support up to 720p, High speed “340Mhz” supports 1080p or higher upto 2560 x 1600. High speed also supports higher FPS.
