A Few Issues With my Halo 4

Hey - there,
was directed here by Xbox Support Section.
I have a few issues when using my Xbox with Halo 4 and Waypoint:

  1. I get no files in the Temporary Files Section, after playing a game. I mostly play Spartan Ops now, after having - much enjoyed - playing the Campaign mode.

  2. Last week I recall finishing - at least - two Challenges for Spartan Ops, points achieved 30000+. I was - then at about SR21, and thought:" Great! I´ll move up quite a bit, with all my new points!"

Now - it´s a new week - new challenges, but I´m only at SR24 - gained by a few more episodes in the Spartan Ops Campaign. Where did my points go? Have I misunderstood the workings of what these xtra points from the challenges do? I thought I´d sore to new SR levels.

. . . and finally:

  1. Every time I´ve visited Waypoint - logging out to get back to my Xbox Live dashboard, my box starts churning with a steady, rythmical clicking sound, accompanied by a black screen. The only thing I can do is press the dashboard-button on the controller - turn off the console - and restart the machine. Sometimes - after a long while of churning - the Xbox Live dashboard appears, but the console cannot recognize the Halo 4 disc in the tray. After opening and closing the tray, the console usually recognizes the game again.

A few issues . . . and I would greatly appreciate some help with them. Thanks.

this is usually the sign of a busted Hardrive, you might want to get that checked on

it happened to me before, and it wasn’t fun

Only happens, when I have the Halo 4 disc in the console tray. I think it´s just an issue with that disc. It´s as if the console is having problems reading it - under certain circumstances . . .

i’m in exactly the same boat re 30,000 weekly challenge xp points, level, etc. no one else is having this problem?

for the record, i’m playing spartan ops solo, heroic, and have completed 18 missions on the first 4 episodes.
