A few weeks ago, we updated the Halo Waypoint forums. Although you’ve likely discovered most of the new features for yourselves, we’d like to take some time to point out what’s new.
Multi-Quote
You can now use multiple quotes in a thread. To do so, simply open the Menu at the bottom of a post and check Multi for every post that you want to pull a quote from. When you press the Quote button, all posts that you pulled a quote from should appear in your reply.
Optional New Look
You can change how you view the forum home page (List or Table View) by accessing Topic and Post Display through the preferences on your control panel.
Peek-A-Boo
The Show/Hide User functionality is back and can be toggled from the control panel under Topic and Post Display.
Preferences Make a Save
Forum preferences are saved in the database and no longer depend on cookies, so you don’t have to change your preferences every time that you clear your browser cache or start a new session.
Bug Fixes:
• Your Service Record now shows if you have never played Halo 4, rather than showing an error page.
• Mobile devices can scroll through Waypoint.
