First off 343 thanks for your hard work H4 seems to be a good game so far, but has many issues. Here are a few…

  • BTB (my personal favorite) How can you not include objective in the play list, H3 and Reach had it and was incredible! Just add it to BTB and you will make the real Halo fans very happy.

  • Jumping into games that are already in progress is a good fix to a 2 on 8 game, that said please don’t throw me into a game when it is 0-3 in the flag game I just joined… come on man.

  • Not that the Banhammer ever worked before but where is it now? I know this game is a work in progress but I have seen cheating before and there is alot going on in H4.

  • Raise the palying field… why limit great maps with 10 sec kill zones?? One of the best parts of H3 was no kill zones and you never died from a jumping down a 100ft, we are Spartans they should be able to jump off the dang moon and live if we want.

The game just needs to be more Halo and less COD and it will all work out. And was this game geared toward 5 year olds?? because the metals look like something out of a kids book. Not even going to talk about the stingray and shark teams…

I love the weekly updates, that is the best way to keep making changes to get Halo back where it needs to be.

I agree, H4 is great. But there are some strange flaws in this game.

1.) Why is the good old H2/H3 ranking system and matchmaking replaced with this?

2.) The game now allows us to sprint all over the map. Do we need to be spawning instantly in slayer? Mere 5 second spawn times in OBJ? These problems seem predictable.

3.) Will we ever be allowed to DROP THE FLAG!? This is an absurd restriction on the most classic objective gametype in Halo. It reduces so much strategy. And don’t get me started on the NAV point above the runners head.

4.) How is there no 2v2 playlist? Why have 1v1s been removed from Halo? I know that 2v2 will comeback as a rotational “happy hopper”, but why? It is a classic playlist. And I assume that a rotational playlist won’t be ranked…

343 has built a better tower, but done some severe damage to the foundation. I don’t know how long I want to stay there if these problems aren’t addressed.
