I want to discuss the future of Halo, Halo Xbox One to be exact.
Companies today seem to just throw games in the market and hope to make money from them. they only care about profit; that’s why I never liked Call of Duty.
Speaking as a true Halo fan, Im greatly concerned about the release for the new Halo. with only 2 years of development, that leaves me wondering if it will live up to its name. Even reports stating that they can’t get everything the fans want in the new Halo because of development time. I look for quality over quantity; I would rather wait another 2 years for the release of Halo Xbox One knowing that it would be amazing. Maybe Microsoft wont increase their time to work on the game, Im not sure.
Take a look at Gta; games that take many years to develop and end up making $1billion in 3 days. Gta may have a larger market, but 343 could come close to those numbers.
343 has learned from their mistakes in Halo 4 and know how to do better, but with a short amount of time, will they do better?
