Is everyone familiar with the Wii-U and Batman Arkham City Armored Edition coming out next year. Well in Batman for the Wii-U you can use the Wii- Controller like Batman’s tech gauntlet on his forearm so you can work on upgrades and such on the tiny screen on the Wii-U controller while Batman’s gameplay is still going on on the TV screen. On the Xbox version, you had to pause the game to do the Upgrade work. Maybe in the Halo 5 time period the could make a Halo 5 exclusive Tacpad so you can workout you Loadout customization while you are still fighting in a match so maybe I’m pinned down in a corner I can just look at my Tacpad in real life and quickly make my next loadout while keeping a watchful eye on the ongoing fight around me. That would most definitely give it the tech savvy Halo feel.

Also this will only be cannon assuming were still simulating in the infinity in H5

They could just update atlas for Halo 4 to allow live custom loadout changes from your phone.
